We at Innocenceorden handle the integrity and security of our members very highly. A new EU regulation enters into force on 25 May 2018. It is called GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and means increased protection for you as a user and your personal data. For the Order of Innocence, this means that we have updated our personnel management policy, which must clearly account for how your personal data is stored and what it is used for.
You do not have to do anything, but you are very welcome to hear from us about how we handle your personal data. More information can be found below.
We need to save and process personal information about you, such as title, name, social security number, address and email and telephone information. The purpose of such treatment is to be able to send out the information sheet InnocenceNytt and to be able to send out invitations to the Innocence Order's festive day, Solenne Dag.
We have received your information by applying for membership in the Innocence Order in connection with one of the Innocence Order's festive day, The Day of Solemnity. We apply current privacy legislation at all times in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent in connection with your membership of the Innocence Order. You can withdraw your consent at any time and without justification. A revocation does not affect the legality of treatment before the consent is revoked. Your information will be stored as long as you are a member of the Innocence Order.
The personal data we process about you is shared with Föreningshuset Sedab AB (personal data assistant) who handles the Innocence Order's member register and with whom we have signed an agreement.
The person responsible for personal data is the Innocence Order. You have the right to contact us if you want information about the information we have about you, to request correction, transfer or to request that we limit the processing, to make objections or request deletion of your information. The easiest way to do this is to contact us at
Sincerely
